An email address and your birth details: the date, the time if you know it, and the city you were born in. Your natal chart across every system is computed the moment you finish onboarding, and it is free.

Yes. Without a time we place the Sun at noon on your birthday, and your chart is marked as approximate. Your Sun, Moon and most placements are still right; your Rising sign, houses, Human Design and Gene Keys are estimates. A birth certificate, a parent or the hospital where you were born will often have the exact time, and you can add it in your profile any time. Your chart is recalculated on the spot.

A few seconds. Western tropical and sidereal charts, the Vedic chart, Human Design, Gene Keys and your astrocartography lines are all computed at once.

Western astrology reads the tropical zodiac: your Sun, Moon and Rising, the houses and every aspect between two charts. Vedic astrology uses the sidereal zodiac, the lunar mansions and a traditional eight-part matching method. Human Design maps your energetic type, profile, authority and the channels two people complete in each other. Gene Keys follows the same gates into three sequences of shadow, gift and siddhi. Astrocartography draws where each planet's influence falls on the map, for you alone and for two of you together.

The Rising sign is the sign on the eastern horizon at the minute you were born, and it changes roughly every two hours. Half an hour can move it, and with it every house in your chart.

Both depend on the Moon's position at your birth and on a second calculation, the design date, taken about three months before. Each moves with the hour. When your time is unknown we compute them from noon and mark them approximate, and we leave them out of your compatibility score.

Every score is chart-based. For everyone, it starts with Western synastry: the aspects between your planets and theirs, weighted by which pairs matter most. Premium adds the Vedic, Human Design and Gene Keys readings and blends the four, with the weights you choose. The number under a name is that person's compatibility with you, computed from real placements, never from what you typed in a bio.

Each system produces its own raw numbers on its own scale. We map each of them onto one shared scale, using a reference set of thousands of pairs, so that 70 means the same thing whichever lens produced it and the systems can be blended fairly.

You choose one answer: soul mate, lasting and open to casual, casual and open to lasting, casual, just friends, or still figuring it out. Just friends is its own world: you only meet people who also chose it. The five romantic answers all see each other, and people who want the same thing rank higher for each other. Your answer shows on your profile, you can filter by it, and you can change it whenever your life does.

Your first name and age, your photos and prompts, your city, your Sun, Moon and Rising, your Human Design type, what you are looking for, and their compatibility with you. Anything you wrote about your gender is shown as you wrote it. Your orientation appears only if you switched it on. Your exact birth details never do.

Your Western chart with its interpretation, the Discover feed with Western compatibility scores, the basic filters plus Sun, Moon, Rising and Human Design type, ten natural-language searches a month, and two messages. Matching and liking are free; so is reading what people wrote before you used your two messages.

Every system: the Vedic, Human Design, Gene Keys and astrocartography readings of your own chart, the full multi-system compatibility score with your choice of primary lens, the per-system compatibility report for each match, every chart filter, unlimited searches, and unlimited messages. Premium is $49.99 a month, and you can cancel any time.

Where you bought it decides where you cancel. A membership bought on the web is managed under Settings, Membership, Manage, which opens the billing portal; it ends at the close of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged. A membership bought in the App Store or Google Play, once the apps exist, is cancelled in that store's subscription settings.

Send us a note through the contact page with the email on your account and we will look at it. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund process.

Your account email, your profile and birth details, the charts computed from them, your photos, your answers, your likes, matches and messages, and the counters that meter the free plan. The privacy policy lists all of it, what it is used for, and for how long.

Every photo is re-encoded when you upload it: camera metadata, location data and anything else hidden in the file are removed, and the image is resized. Photos are stored and served from our own systems, never from a third-party photo host, and deleted with your account.

Settings, Delete my account. You confirm with your password and everything is removed at once: profile, charts, photos, matches, messages and your sign-in. If you only need a break, pausing hides you from Discover and Likes while your matches and conversations keep working.

Every profile, match and chat has a menu with Block, Report and Unmatch. Blocking ends the match and makes sure the two of you never see each other again, without telling the other person. Reports come to us with the reason you chose. Nothing you send us is shown to the person you reported.

Take your time on the app first, meet somewhere public, tell a friend where you will be, keep your own way home, and never send money to someone you have not met. The safety page has the full list and our community guidelines.

Both live under Settings, Account. Changing your email sends a confirmation to your current address first. A forgotten password is reset from the login page with a link that lasts one hour.

Yes. Pause under Settings, Account hides your profile from Discover and Likes. Your matches and conversations keep working, and you can resume with one tap.

Yes. You have to be 18 or older to create an account, and we remove accounts that are not.
