An email address and your birth details: the date, the time if you know it, and the city you were born in. Your natal chart across every system is computed the moment you finish onboarding, and it is free.

Yes. Without a time we place the Sun at noon on your birthday, and your chart is marked as approximate. Your Sun, Moon and most placements are still right; your Rising sign, houses, Human Design and Hexagram Keys are estimates. A birth certificate, a parent or the hospital where you were born will often have the exact time, and you can add it in your profile any time. Your chart is recalculated on the spot.

A few seconds. Western tropical and sidereal charts, the Vedic chart, Human Design, the Hexagram Keys and your astrocartography lines are all computed at once.

Western astrology reads the tropical zodiac: your Sun, Moon and Rising, the houses and every aspect between two charts. Vedic astrology uses the sidereal zodiac, the lunar mansions and a traditional eight-part matching method. Human Design maps your energetic type, profile, authority and the channels two people complete in each other. The Hexagram Keys read the same sixty-four I Ching hexagrams into three sequences of shadow, gift and grace. Astrocartography draws where each planet's influence falls on the map, for you alone and for two of you together.

The Rising sign is the sign on the eastern horizon at the minute you were born, and it changes roughly every two hours. Half an hour can move it, and with it every house in your chart.

Both depend on the Moon's position at your birth and on a second calculation, the design date, taken about three months before. Each moves with the hour. When your time is unknown we compute them from noon and mark them approximate, and we leave them out of your compatibility score.

It is our own reading of the same foundation: the sixty-four I Ching hexagrams, placed by the planets at your birth and about three months before it, as in Human Design and the Gene Keys. With Premium, yes. Under Chart, open People and add a friend, a parent, someone you are seeing: a name, and when and where they were born. Their chart opens in all five systems, with their places on the map, and With you shows how the two of you fit. You can keep up to fifty people, with forty written readings a month of their charts or of how two of them fit, and set any two of them side by side, up to twenty-five pairs. Only you can see them; they are never matched, never shown to anyone and never contacted, and you can remove them whenever you like.

Yes, with Premium. The Cartography tab of your chart shows your own lines, the places they favour (where a line passes a large city, or where two of your lines meet) with a few words on each, and you can look up any city to see which of your lines pass near it. An exact birth time is what makes the map possible.

Every score is chart-based. For everyone, it starts with Western synastry: the aspects between your planets and theirs, weighted by which pairs matter most. Premium adds the Vedic, Human Design and Hexagram Keys readings and blends the four, with the weights you choose. The number under a name is that person's compatibility with you, computed from real placements, never from what you typed in a bio.

Each system produces its own raw numbers on its own scale. We map each of them onto one shared scale, using a reference set of thousands of pairs, so that 70 means the same thing whichever lens produced it and the systems can be blended fairly.

You choose one answer: soul mate, lasting and open to casual, casual and open to lasting, casual, just friends, or still figuring it out. Just friends is its own world: you meet people who also chose it, and people still figuring it out, who meet everyone. The romantic answers all see each other, and people who want the same thing rank higher for each other. Your answer shows on your profile, you can filter by it, and you can change it whenever your life does.

Your first name and age, your photos and prompts, your city, your Sun, Moon and Rising, your Human Design type, what you are looking for, and their compatibility with you. Anything you wrote about your gender is shown as you wrote it. Your orientation appears only if you switched it on. Your exact birth details never do.

Yes, on every plan. Under Likes, You liked shows the people you have liked in the last 30 days, newest first. It never says whether someone has seen your like or what they chose; if they like you back, you will find each other in Chats. If you tap Like by mistake, Undo stays on screen for a few seconds, and the other person hears nothing until it has gone.

Premium members can. Under Likes, Passed shows the people you passed on in the last 30 days, newest first. Open anyone to like them after all, or to see them in Discover again. Nobody is told that you passed, or that you looked back, and the list never says what the other person chose. Everyone can undo a pass in the first few seconds, in Discover.

A soulmate connection is more than simply having things in common. In astrology, profound compatibility happens when two birth charts speak to one another on multiple levels, emotionally, physically, sexually, mentally, spiritually, and through the deeper patterns of the soul.

The strongest soulmate connections often carry a feeling of recognition. You meet someone and something inside you says, I know you. At its highest expression, soulmate compatibility feels like coming home.

No single aspect defines a soulmate. A Venus-Mars conjunction can create tremendous attraction without creating a lifelong partnership. A Moon-Moon trine can create emotional ease without creating erotic chemistry. Saturn can create longevity without creating passion. Pluto can create intensity without creating safety. Neptune can create spiritual or romantic enchantment without necessarily creating compatibility. This is why true synastry looks at the whole relationship pattern.

$49.99 a month, or $349 a year, which works out to about $29.08 a month. Your first subscription starts with seven days free, and the first charge is made when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The price is the same on the web and in the apps.

One of the first 200 members to pay for Premium. A founding member pays $24.99 a month or $174.50 a year, half the standard price, for as long as that subscription continues, and a first founding subscription starts with 30 days free. If it ends, a later subscription is at the standard price. In the App Store the yearly price is $174.99 and the free trial one month, Apple's nearest to both. The pricing page shows how many places are left while there are any.

Yes. Your link and code are under Settings, Invite and earn. When someone makes a profile through them, you earn 40% of what we receive from every payment they make, after the payment fees, for as long as they stay a member. Each share waits 14 days in case of a refund, then you can pay it out to your bank through Stripe once $25 is ready. You see how many people joined and pay, never who.

No. Every member with a profile has a link and a code, free or Premium, and both earn the same 40% of what we receive from the people who join through them. Payouts go to a United States bank account through Stripe for now. Someone who wants to share My Beloved with an audience without a dating profile can ask us for a partner account, which holds only the link, the earnings and the payouts.

Where you subscribed decides where you cancel. A membership started on the web is managed under Settings, Membership; one started in the app is cancelled in Google Play's or the App Store's subscription settings. Either way it ends at the close of the trial or the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.

Send us a note through the contact page with the email on your account and we will look at it. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund process.

Your account email, your profile and birth details, the charts computed from them, your photos, your answers, your likes, matches and messages, and the counters that meter the free plan. The privacy policy lists all of it, what it is used for, and for how long.

Every photo is re-encoded when you upload it: camera metadata, location data and anything else hidden in the file are removed, and the image is resized. Photos are stored and served from our own systems, never from a third-party photo host, and deleted with your account.

Settings, Delete my account. You confirm with your password and everything is removed at once: profile, charts, photos, matches, messages and your sign-in. If you only need a break, pausing hides you from Discover and Likes while your matches and conversations keep working.

Every profile, match and chat has a menu with Block, Report and Unmatch. Blocking ends the match and makes sure the two of you never see each other again, without telling the other person. Reports come to us with the reason you chose. Nothing you send us is shown to the person you reported.

Tell us on the safety page's removal form, whether or not you have an account, and we remove it within 48 hours of your request, together with any copy we can find. Members can also report the profile with the reason "An intimate image shared without consent", which we answer first.

Take your time on the app first, meet somewhere public, tell a friend where you will be, keep your own way home, and never send money to someone you have not met. The safety page has the full list and our community guidelines.

Both live under Settings, Account. Changing your email sends a confirmation to your current address first. A forgotten password is reset from the login page with a link that lasts one hour.

Yes. Pause under Settings, Account hides your profile from Discover and Likes. Your matches and conversations keep working, and you can resume with one tap.

Yes. You have to be 18 or older to create an account, and we remove accounts that are not.
